1. How long does it take for my order(s) to arrive?
Afer you made order from us, we will process your order in 3-10 working days and ship you item. The delivery speed is approximately as follows:

Surface-mail refers to parcel sent by sea, which requires a long delivery time of up to 2 months to reach countries outside Asia. Surface-mail is usually not recommended because damage of mailed items may occur. Parcels sent by surface are usually huge and heavy (up to 100 kg), and your radio-control model (which weighs only a few kilograms at most) may be crushed and destroyed in the mailing process.
Airmail refers to parcel sent by plane, which takes about 1 to 2 weeks to reach countries outside Asia. Express refers to registered priority mail carried by Hong Kong SpeedPost, which is renowned for its reliable and speedy delivery to over 100 destinations worldwide. It includes insurance and a 24-hour electronic tracking service.
Please note that the above estimated days of delivery are not guaranteed and mailing time may be longer than expected, especially during holiday periods and seasons of adverse weather conditions. For example, late summer is a season of typhoons and rainstorms in some parts of Asia, including Hong Kong and China. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, we recommend you upgrade it to Express, which takes 3 to 5 days to arrive and includes an electronic tracking service.

2. Do you ship order to my country?
Absolutely yes! RC-Expert is an online radio-control product supplier that serves customers worldwide. Over the years, we have shipped orders to over 100 countries in the world. No matter who and where you are, RC-Expert looks forward to offering you our top-quality products and services!

3. What shipping carrier(s) do my orders send by?
We ship our order(s) with local government postal services, which include Hong Kong Post, United States Postal Service (USPS), UK RoyalMail, etc. We do NOT ship by UPS or FedEx at the moment, but are considering to include them in the future.

4. How long is the order processing time?
Except for certain holidays, orders are typically shipped out within 3-10 working days after your payment is confirmed. After that, time in transit depends upon the shipping method you have chosen for your order. Since our shipping carriers do not pick up on weekends, payments confirmed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are generally shipped out on Monday, regardless of the shipping method. (Please also refer to Question 6 and Question 7 in this section.)

5. Will my ordered items be consolidated or shipped in separate packages?
To expedite your order, we may at no additional cost consolidate products when possible or ship in separate packages.
If you are bidding multiple items on eBay and wish to enjoy the benefits of combined shipping, please consolidate all your winning bids and include all item numbers when you pay. To do so, you need to keep tract of your winning bids and wait until you are done bidding. However, all bids must take place within 10 days (after you win the first item) for the combined shipping cost to be effective.

6. Will I be notified when your company ships out orders?
At the moment, we do NOT send individual notifications to our customers by email. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused in this respect. However, a 24-hour online status checking system is currently under development. With the new system, each individual customer can easily check the shipment status of the items and print out their invoices.
Before you bid and buy, you should be prepared for the estimated days of arrival (see Question 1 of this section). Please allow up to 16 mailing days for Airmail (58 mailing days for Surface-mail) before contacting us about the status of your order. It may take longer for your order(s) to arrive during holiday periods or seasons of adverse weather conditions.

7. What should I do if I haven't received anything after payment?
For orders shipped by Express, if you haven't received anything for 7 working days after we shipped, you should immediately email our Delivery Officers with your registered email address/ID and your full name, together with your mailing address and other relevant information of your wanted item(s). We will look into your case and track your item(s) as soon as possible.
For orders shipped by Airmail, please allow up to 17 working days before contacting us about the status of your order. Note that mailing time may be longer than expected, especially during holiday periods and seasons of adverse weather conditions, i.e. late summer ¡V autumn. For orders shipped by Surface-mail, we normally do not carry out any follow-up procedures until after six weeks of our initial shipment, as the period of delivery ranges from six to eight weeks.

8. Do I have to pay Import Tax?
Please understand that since our itmes are shipped from Hong Kong, you MAY or MAY NOT be charged import tax in you courtries. For more infomation, please contact your country's customs for details. Our customers inform us that cutsoms in Europe are more stringent.
