1. Can I return the merchandise and get a refund?
All sales are final. Exchange is possible only when your merchandise is found to be genuinely defective upon receipt. In any case, however, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. (For exchange procedures, please go to Question 4 below.)

2. Can I exchange my merchandise for another one of the same model?
Yes, but only if your merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receipt. Please read Question 4 before you notify us and ship things back.

3. Can I exchange my merchandise for another one of a different model?
Exchange is only possible when your merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receipt. We do not accept exchange with a different model for other personal reasons.

4. What should I do if I receive a defective item?
This rarely happens because our Quality Assurance Supervisors check almost every item before packaging and shipment. If you suspect that your received item is genuinely defective upon receipt, you should notify our Customer Service (After-sales Division) as soon as possible and tell us your registered email address/ID, your full name, mailing address and other relevant information of your received item. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to you through email. Then send the merchandise back and make sure you have included your RMA number in your package. Requests for exchange must be received within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise(s). Items returned without RMA numbers will not be considered.

5. What should I do if there are some missing or damaged parts in the package?
Please check carefully if there are missing or damaged parts upon receipt. We try our best to make sure that the parts are nice and good before we pack and ship. But if you find something missing or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of your receipt and quote your registered email address/ID, your full name, mailing address and other relevant information of the model you have received. We will arrange replacement of the relevant part(s) free of charge.

6. How long does it take to process return merchandise(s)?
Once the merchandise arrives at the warehouse, it normally takes us less than 10 working days to process and arrange for re-shipment.

7. Can I still bid on your auction(s) if I do not agree to your company policies?
We greatly appreciate if we could both observe our responsibilities in establishing and maintaining a legal buyer-and-seller relationship in e-business! In case you do not agree to be abided by our company's policies or terms of service, please do not take part in our auctions.

| Return and Exchange Policy |

Request(s) for return or exchange and report(s) of missing or damaged part(s) must be received within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise(s). RC-Expert reserves the rights to entertain requests received thereafter.

All returns are subjected to a 35% restocking fee. There is no return once the merchandise box is opened. Clearance items cannot be returned. Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receipt.

Items returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, warranty cards, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging. Returned merchandise must be received from our customer before we further process and ship out any replacement. All merchandise should be returned to us by shipping carriers which provide a tracking number as proof of shipment. (In case your item does not reach us, you might need to check with your local shipping carrier.) RC-Expert is not responsible for the lost of returned merchandise in the course of shipping.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we ship out replacement for free and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company's management. RC-Expert reserves the right to return merchandise to its customer and not refund money, if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants. |
